This page allows administrators to manage company information, including identifiers, administrators, phone numbers, emails, addresses, and logos. Each section is organized to make company management simple and centralized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Company Information<\/strong> section contains the main data identifying the company within Skopos Guard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Field<\/th>Description<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
Company ID<\/strong><\/td>Automatically generated numeric identifier.<\/td><\/tr>
Status<\/strong><\/td>Indicates whether the company is Active<\/em> or Inactive<\/em>.<\/td><\/tr>
Code<\/strong><\/td>Optional field for internal reference or integration purposes.<\/td><\/tr>
EIN<\/strong><\/td>Employer Identification Number.<\/td><\/tr>
Company Name<\/strong><\/td>The official name of the company.<\/td><\/tr>
Alias<\/strong><\/td>Internal short name or nickname for reference.<\/td><\/tr>
Encryption Key<\/strong><\/td>Used for secure encryption operations related to this company.<\/td><\/tr>
Second Factor Authentication<\/strong><\/td>Enables two-factor authentication for all company administrators.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The Administrators<\/strong> section lists users who manage this company within the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Field<\/th>Description<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
Name \/ Last Name<\/strong><\/td>First and last name of the administrator.<\/td><\/tr>
Email<\/strong><\/td>Administrator\u2019s login and contact email.<\/td><\/tr>
Password<\/strong><\/td>Password field (masked for security). Use Set Password<\/strong> to assign or reset credentials.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

You can add additional administrators by clicking the plus (+)<\/strong> button.
Each administrator will receive permissions based on their assigned role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This section allows the company to maintain multiple phone numbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phone Type<\/strong><\/td>Describes the purpose of the phone number \u2014 for example, Phone Comp Pri<\/em> (Primary Company Phone).<\/td><\/tr>
Phone<\/strong><\/td>The phone number (include area and country codes if applicable).<\/td><\/tr>
Actions<\/strong><\/td>Use the plus (+)<\/strong> button to add new phones or the \u2699\ufe0f menu to edit or delete them.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

You can store multiple phone numbers (multi-values)<\/strong> \u2014 for example, one for technical support, another for billing, and one for the main office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
