The Users<\/strong> section allows administrators to view, create, edit, and delete user accounts within the system. It provides an interactive table with filtering, search, and pagination tools to manage users efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Main Components<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Toolbar (Top Right)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • \u2795 New<\/strong> \u2013 Opens a form to create a new user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \ud83d\udd04 Refresh<\/strong> \u2013 Reloads the list of users to display the most recent data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u274c Delete<\/strong> \u2013 Deletes selected users from the list (a confirmation prompt may appear before deletion).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    \n\n\n\n

    2. Users Table<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    The table displays all users currently registered in the system.
    Each row represents a single user record with the following columns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • ID<\/strong> \u2013 The user\u2019s unique identifier (clickable to view user details).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • User Name<\/strong> \u2013 The user\u2019s display name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Profile<\/strong> \u2013 The user\u2019s assigned profile or role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Code<\/strong> \u2013 A custom or internal reference code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Status<\/strong> \u2013 Indicates whether the user is Active<\/em> or Inactive<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Email<\/strong> \u2013 Displays the user\u2019s registered email address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n\n\n\n

      3. Search Field<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Located at the top-right of the table, the Search<\/strong> box allows you to quickly find users by typing any part of their information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • The search applies to all columns<\/strong> (e.g., ID, Name, Status, Email, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • As you type, the list updates automatically to show matching results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
        \n\n\n\n

        4. Pagination Controls<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        At the bottom of the table, you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Adjust how many entries are displayed per page (default: 25).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Navigate between pages using the \u25c0 \u25b6<\/strong> controls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n\n\n\n

          Typical Actions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Add a New User<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          1. Click the New<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Fill in the required fields (Name, Profile, Status, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Click Save<\/strong> to register the new user.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Edit an Existing User<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            1. Click the User ID<\/strong> (e.g., 000005<\/em>) to open the details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Update the information as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. Click Save<\/strong> to apply the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Delete a User<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

              1. Check the box next to the user(s) you want to remove.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Click the Delete<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                • The search is case-insensitive<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Any changes (additions, edits, or deletions) take effect immediately after saving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Use Refresh<\/strong> to ensure you are viewing the latest data.

                  User Details \u2013 User Management Manual<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                  Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                  The User Details<\/strong> page allows administrators to create, edit, or view detailed information about a specific user.
                  From this screen, you can update personal details, manage authentication settings, integrate the account with Microsoft, and send invitations or reset credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Header Controls<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                  At the top-right of the screen, you will find the main action buttons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Button<\/th>Description<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
                  List all<\/strong><\/td>Returns to the main list of users.<\/td><\/tr>
                  + New<\/strong><\/td>Creates a new blank user record.<\/td><\/tr>
                  \u270f Edit<\/strong><\/td>Enables editing mode for the current user.<\/td><\/tr>
                  \ud83d\udcbe Save<\/strong><\/td>Saves any changes made to the user information.<\/td><\/tr>
                  \ud83d\udd04 Refresh<\/strong><\/td>Reloads the user data to ensure the information is up to date.<\/td><\/tr>

                  User Information Section<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                  At the top of the form, you can view or edit the basic identity and account information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Field<\/th>Description<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
                  Name \/ Last Name \/ Second Last Name \/ Middle Name<\/strong><\/td>User\u2019s full name information. Fields marked with * are required.<\/td><\/tr>
                  Primary E-mail<\/strong><\/td>The user\u2019s main email address (used for communication and authentication).<\/td><\/tr>
                  Status<\/strong><\/td>Defines whether the user account is Active<\/em> or Inactive<\/em>.<\/td><\/tr>
                  Code<\/strong><\/td>An internal or custom reference code assigned to the user.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

                  Tabs<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                  There are two tabs available in this section:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  1. General<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                  Contains basic personal and system information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Field<\/th>Description<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
                  Gender<\/strong><\/td>Select Male (M) or Female (F).<\/td><\/tr>
                  Birth<\/strong><\/td>User\u2019s date of birth.<\/td><\/tr>
                  Language<\/strong><\/td>Preferred language for the user interface.<\/td><\/tr>
                  Time Zone<\/strong><\/td>Defines the time zone used for timestamps and notifications.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

                  2. Contact Information<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                  Used to manage additional contact details such as phone numbers, addresses, or secondary emails (if available).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Account Management Actions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                  At the bottom of the page are buttons for managing authentication and integration options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Button<\/th>Description<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
                  New Password<\/strong><\/td>Allows administrators to reset or assign a new password for the user.<\/td><\/tr>
                  Enable 2FA<\/strong><\/td>Activates Two-Factor Authentication<\/em> for enhanced account security.<\/td><\/tr>
                  Enable Integration<\/strong><\/td>Links the account with Microsoft services (e.g., Azure AD or Microsoft 365).<\/td><\/tr>
                  Restore 2FA<\/strong><\/td>Resets the user\u2019s 2FA configuration in case of device loss or setup error.<\/td><\/tr>
                  Send Invitation<\/strong><\/td>Sends an activation or onboarding email invitation to the user.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

                  • Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Changes made to user information will only take effect after clicking Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Use Refresh<\/strong> to discard unsaved changes and reload the stored data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
