The ConnectWise Companies section displays a list of companies imported from your ConnectWise environment.
From this page, you can configure the integration between each company and Microsoft 365 (O365) to retrieve user phone numbers for security alerts.
🧾 List of Companies
This table lists all companies synchronized from ConnectWise.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The company name as registered in ConnectWise. |
| Default Contact | Displays the company’s default contact person (if available). |
| Integration | Allows you to connect the company with Microsoft 365 or view existing linked users. |
Actions:
- Connect Microsoft — Opens the Microsoft 365 integration window for that company.
- View Microsoft Users — Displays the list of Microsoft 365 users already linked with the company.
You can use the Search box to quickly locate a specific company and the entries per page dropdown to adjust how many companies are displayed at once.
☁️ Microsoft 365 Integration
When you click Connect Microsoft, the integration window appears.
Here, administrators can authorize Skopos Guard to access the company’s Microsoft 365 environment.
This integration enables Skopos Guard to:
- Retrieve users’ phone numbers from Microsoft 365.
- Match those numbers to alert events when a user is involved.
- Use the retrieved phone number to send SMS notifications or automated alert calls.
📱 SMS Authorization and Privacy
Before enabling the integration, you must accept the terms and conditions by checking the optional consent box.

Users enrolled through the Microsoft integration will automatically receive SMS notifications from Skopos Guard.
These messages are strictly related to account security, login verification, and suspicious activity alerts.
